About One CiC

One CiC are a young, but rapidly expanding Community Interest Company. Founded in 2020 amidst a global pandemic, the company was created to tackle an ever growing need for housing and support for vulnerable people, in particular the homeless. The focus is not only on providing much needed housing but also ongoing support across a wide range of services, to empower people to make their lives better.

The Challenges

Although technology is key to any business for One CIC it was vital that they found a partner with a similar ethos, a focus on people. Having already identified what they hoped to be a partner for their IT and Technology requirements, it soon became apparent that One CiC were not receiving the support and service they required. The Solution

After a detailed requirements gathering session where Cirrus Technology Services and One CIC reviewed the challenges and needs of the business, a framework for transition of services was designed. This framework outlined not only the services that were to be transition but more importantly the impact on the team and the business.
